FNB was made aware that they should no longer be taking debit orders as they will be paid directly for them. When phoning them to reverse the transactions - they refused and said that they will only do so next month. I am not a Millionare that can pay two service providers in one month.
FNB was one of the leading service providers but i do feel this has changed and that they need to change back to the way they were - Customer Service and Satisfaction is still Key to keeping Clients and keeping them Happy.
I have been with FNB for over 20 years now and for the first time i am now considdering to change due to not having the customer service like i usually would have and just there "no care" attitude. And since when do they charge so much for every single transaction? My word - the amounts being charged add up to so much!
FBN you can really step back up a notch to client satisfaction and les fee's being charged.
