I am writing this so hopefully it reaches the Ombudsman for banking. It is now the second time since November last year were Nedbank has taken off double / triple instalments in one month. I have never been in arrears and for the second time for the month of February Nedbank has taken off 3 instalments via debit off my account. I called this morning to rectify the problem and I was told to wait until Monday. This is almost R6000 that has to be reimburst to me once again and now I have to wait for them to transfer it into my account. Who is going to be held responsible for my other debit orders that bounce... I am SO unhappy with Nedbank bank personal loans that I will never deal with this bank again and what incompetent staff. I want this rectified and in my account by monday 2 march 2015.
