Complaint / review text:
I just called the call centre for the 1st time regarding my balance. I spoke to a lady I forget her name but it sounded like noluthando.
I was asked to hold so that she can get into my account this took about 5 minutes before she got back to me, when she came back she just asked 2 questions and asked to place me on hold to check the Sms' that I got, I then asked if the call drops will she call me back as I'm using my mobile, she never answered and just place me on hold. This hold took more than 10 minutes I eventually I resolved my own query! Still being on hold I dropped the phone (which I think your staff member was praying for). I never received the call back.
What I would like to know:
Is the banking charges this low because customer service is this low?
Is this how all clients are treated when calling?
I am now considering moving banks... Nedbank is looking very (as they would say) Savvy!
