Complaint / review text:
My son is a first year student and was given a cheque by the university to purchase much need books. He promptly took the cheque to capitec to deposit into his account and explained he needed the books urgently, he was informed to get special clearance on the cheque he would need to pay an amount of r75 which he duly did, this was on 18 february 2015. Well to date this cheque is still not cleared. My child is still bookless. Can we please have an explanation as we have always received good service from capitec. Thanking you kindly.
