I am very very irate. I used my card today to pay for shopping & at every store I got an sms that transaction went through but stores says it didnt! Now I am sitting with no money in my account because it's all on hold for these supposed transactions. And now I'm also thrown into an overdraft. I wonder if FNB is going to charge me interest on this? For transactions that never happened but I get charged and overdrawn. I phoned your contact & authorisation centre & they both admitted the fault on FNB system side but referred me back to the stores. The stores say these transactions are not showing & they refuse help. I must bring them a bank statement showing these transactions reflecting on my account - this is impossible because it's not reflecting but has been reserved for payment. I have to spend my money phoning around & my petrol driving around to try to resolve this because FNB's systems are not up to scratch. Why do I have to fix this? This is not my fault? FNB you're supposed to fix this - this is your problem! FNB, release my money from your system so that I can close my account to go elsewhere as we as a family now have no money to our disposal this weekend! Well done!
