I have had a Safe box at BMO (Harris Bank Barrington South Barrington)
Location for 22 years. Through the years THE BANK had moved my box for reason (i don't really know) however, this past year 10/14 Bank Manager of the Month Laura called me 10/30 to inform me "Umm so sorry that we had to drill your safe box..
We didn't know anybody had it? When I asked why she really couldn't give me a explanation. Outside of the LEGAL FORMALITY no death notice, payment has been current and (with electronic payment with Harris Bank) she simply said I DIDN'T KNOW When i stated this is illegal she simply said well we gave you a new box and what ever. I asked well I told her that I need to see the tapes to show who and when went in the box she said that isn't available.
Now with the INVENTORY LIST that Laura at the South Barrington Branch Mang, did. Several of my child's bonds are missing again the INVENTORY LIST THAT SHE FILLED OUT AND PUT IN A SEALED BAG ARE MISSING. SHE offers no explanation what so ever that well I don't know what to tell you.
I called another branch to find out the procedure of filing a complaint with a bank manger which lead me to the Main Bank Barrington BMO Barrington Grove Branch Tim asked me well what should we do. I told him that he is her manager and what exactly is the protocol for this at this time I am waiting for a call back meanwhile BMO Bank of South Barrington STOLE register bonds
