Worst credit card ever!!! The paperless credit card bill is scary.
I didn't receive mine while traveling and when I finally arrived home I had a paper bill in the mail. The charge was $39 and was past due! Of course I called and paid the bill immediately and explained what happened. Macy's filed a negative credit report to ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS.
I tried to explain to Macy's consumer credit department that I found out that my email had been hacked, I never received the bills and I immediately came off "paperless" bills. Could they please remove the negative credit report. Every Macy's person I spoke to repeated the same phrase-we are unable to remove the negative report. Macy's tells you to provide information disputing the negative report and when you do, they just tell you they can't remove it.
All of them are like robots and you will get absolutely NOWHERE talking with them.
They are rude and it is clear Macy's doesn't train their employees on how to work with actual consumers. Oh by the way-they report automatically to the 3 credit bureaus every month for 7 years!!
