Complaint / review text:
I have been called by the National Healthcare Enrollment center no less then 30 times in 2 days, with numbers from Chicago, to Oregon, to LV. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, Frank Garcia hung up on me along with another representative.
I do not want to be called or harassed any longer. Where do I file a formal complaint?
The supervisor said he would take my name off the list, but I continued to receive phone calls all afternoon. I am one pissed off health care consumer who does not want to be bothered any more.
