Complaint / review text:
I was worried about a pending payment on my PayPal account and I had questions about how I might delete old credit card information. I called customer service and was put on hold for one hour and 20 minutes... I hung up at this point, who knows how long I would have waited.
There was no other way to get questions answered about my account. No email form, nothing.
I find it very surprising that a company in the financial services sector can get way with this. I feel completely helpless as a consumer and am looking into other payment options for all future transactions.
