Complaint / review text:
I have been contacted by the National Health Enrollment Center claiming that they are responding to an inquiry about health insurance made by my husband. My husband has been dead for over 5 years! The first call came in at 6:15 A.M. Today, June 4,2015. Their calls have come in about every 10 minutes for about 6 hours. I was contacted by at least a dozen other insurance companies from 6:20 A.M. Today until about 5: P.M. All with the same story.
I told all of them that I did not contact them, my husband did not contact them, that I did not want their business, that I was on the Do Not Call List, and to stop calling me. The calls continued to come in, same companies repeatedly, with different agents. Some were rude, some just hung up on me, and some refused to give me their company name. I reported their calls to the national Do Not Call Hotline, as well as the Federal Trade Commission Please, I need some relief from these vultures. Is there anything you can do to curtail this harassment?
