Complaint / review text:
I began receiving phone calls from an unknown local number 831-316-9989 recently. This company is spoofing their phone number to make it seem like it might be someone I might know.
They identify themselves as the National Health Enrollment Center and claim I sent in a health insurance quote request. I immediately drop the "No, no, no. Please take me off of your call list." From June 5th at 11:01 AM to June 10th at 8:33 AM I have received 15 phone calls, all of which I have requested to be removed from their call list. Today I spoke with Supervisor "Nick" who would not provide his last name, or identify what state the business was in (although in a prior conversation with a representative they stated that she was in Florida), or their website address.
Nick had an address on file that was not mine and claimed to have other information "pertinent to my health." When I was firm about never submitting a request for a quote he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the Super-Supervisor Dom/Thom? Who explained they have no website. That's when I told him about the 16 pages of reports of consumer abuse here.
I explained that I am on the Do Not Call list and that filing a complaint and having the FCC sue them would be no sweat off of my back. We'll see if how it works.
