Complaint / review text:
I asked them to put a hold on my card becaus I had someone withdrawing money from my account. They told that They can't do that and then deactivated my card with $240 still one there.
Can't even get through to talk to anyone and the supervisor they connected me to when I asked for the hold was nothing but rude, called me, and hung up on me without even helping me.
If you are going to run a business you need to get employees that know how to handle customers in a respectful and polite manner and actually do their job and help customer not treat them like. This is why once I get my money back, which I will one way or another, I will never deal with this company again.
