The representation in the Bankruptcy department, called me while I was on vacation and I told her I would make the payment the next day. When I got back to the hotel I did not have my debit card to make the payment, so I waited until Monday June 22,2015 to call Ally Financial. I spoke with in the bankruptcy department and told her I would make a payment. Western Union would not take my payment so I scheduled the payment through my bank for $600.00 for that Friday, June 26,2015. That payment was refused and on July 1,2015 at 12 am, my vehicle was repossessed. That was very hateful. After I have paid over $40,000 for this vehicle having gone through bankruptcy this felt the need to have my vehicle repoed.

DO NOT USE ALLY FINANCIAL. They are too busy trying to get $2000.00 or less instead of getting the money that really matters. And to top it off when you call to get your redemption payoff, you have to speak with someone ACROSS SEAS. You can't even speak to a person in the USA. And they tell you that your amount will not be ready for 48 hours. ALLY FINANCIAL is full of crap. I sure hope tries to add a repossession to my credit so I can then sue them because they are not suppose to touch my credit.
