I will be very quick. Resume: Don't go with Chase or you may lose the home or the Down Payment!!! First I want to recognize that this is my fault because I trust Chase and I thought that it was a Bank that care about their client. I did not do my homework and found later that I made a very bad mistake by choosing this bank.
Here is my story: I found a home of $ 240,000.00 in a very good area in Miami FL (perfect home, very good condition). I been with Chase for many years and I can buy a few homes like the one that I'm describing here by pay cash with the money that I have in my bank account in Chase. I told Chase that I will give them $ 80,000.00 down payment and I will finance the other $ 160,000.00. They ask me "why you chose us" and I told them "you have all my money. I want you to have my home as well..." I thought this is the most common sense decision and you may agreed with me. This is a very easy deal that any broker will kill to have. I will say I'm the perfect buyer since it is impossible to lose with this down payment that I'm putting and with my perfect credit score and income...
After 45 days of asking me for paper and asking me stupid questions, writing stupid letters and after unnecessary delays and mistake on their end, they told me NO. Basically the seller told me no more extension and if I don't come up with the money today "you will lose the 12K down payment and the home." Tomorrow I will go and close the deal and I will pay 240,0000.00 from my own money from Chase ACC just because I trust CHASE MY BANK! And I did not went to another lender or even check them online for reviews. Now I will search for other bank to transfer all my account and stop making money for this.
Let me tell you something about myself so you can understand how bad is this bank. My credit score is above 750. I make more than 150K a year! A lot more! I'm a professional license and they know because they ask for it... I have my own business with few employees. I pay a lot of taxes. I have a home with no mortgage, the American dream! I do not have any type of debt, I drive a Toyota. LOL! I'm American citizen (Hispanic maybe that is why they say no). I been with Chase since they buy Washington Mutual probably more than seven years ago. The home was for 240K and I was putting more than 30%. And they say NO after make me lose a lot of time and money.
My friend if you don't get the right answer for my experience go there, do your loan and let us know your history! If you think this History is not True here is the Chase Branch # and the name of the Loan officer. Chase Branch 12795 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, FL 33156. Phone: (305) 253-3685. Loan Officer:. The reason why you can't get with Chase Bank is because all this loan officers and brand manager are just employees with no power at all. They will not get anything done. To you they are just there to fill up your application and ask you for more documents once the other part of Chase ask them. Even my business account manager is not able to do anything, no power at all and trust me he does not want to lose my account. Lol. You will never be in contact with someone with the right power (A real Manager). It is almost like go to a Mcdonald's to get a loan...
This can crash the market, make Companies like Blackstone & Invitation Homes and buy all homes in foreclosure and then rent it back very expensive to the people, get bailed out from the government and stolen our hard work money and they don't even give me a little loan because now that the rate are low it is not good for them!!! Do you understand how the works? This people don't give a. This Banks and this Government are using us like stupid animals!
