Complaint / review text:
I got my salary on the 10/8 and I did not receive anything. I went to nearest branch and the lady informs that the account was closed and my salary would be on hold and after 2 days they would send me a cheque with the salary and my balance amount. I asked why my account was closed and when my salary was credited, why did Chase not decline it? I was not informed about the account closure and now I have to wait for my cheque. The lady at Chase seem to be blank and I felt she just wanted to get rid of me and had no answers to any of my questions.
It's 2 weeks now and I have no idea where the cheque is. I am getting frustrated checking my mail box everyday, and calling them is the worst nightmare (hold time minimum 15-20 mins). They don't know what they are talking. All they say is I APOLOGIZE I UNDERSTAND and keep transferring you to different department. It's a lie. They just don't understand what we go through. It's hard earned money not some lottery money. This is my first salary and I wanted to do so much. I have never come across such pathetic service where they don't know how to treat a human. So if you feel your account might get closed or you want to close the account make sure you withdraw all the amount and then close the account with them.
