Can anybody give me any up to date feedback on this terrible company?
I have a Hypercom terminal (currently faulty) which a company called Spire Payments are about to swap out, we had never heard of Spire until a recent letter from them which arrived just ahead of the 'software glitch' which has just struck thousands of their terminals. As our 4 year contract is almost at an end with Forrester UK Holdings I want to take the opportunity to make a break from them but we have no idea where to send our terminal and after reading the horror stories I don't want to get any part of our termination process wrong. Any advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks
