Online account services got automatically cancelled by Wells Fargo!!!
I have an checking account with Wells Fargo for over two years now. I have not used the account in the last two month and Wells Fargo has just without any warning cancelled my online access.
Also three month ago Wells Fargo cancelled my debit card without any notice. I had to go to a branch office to get a replacment card ordered.
I have never experienced such a poor customer service by any of banks that I have used in the past.
Please leave Wells Fargo and look for a decent bank. They are also very fee driven.
