Complaint / review text:
After multiple emails that went unanswered to my financial aid counselor regarding my upcoming out of pocket expenses and pending student loan, I decided to contact here superior regarding the poor service. At the time I has posted in the first week of a on-line class, but withdrew after 4 days due to lack of information regarding my financial circumstances and ability to pay. Finally I spoke with the Finanicail Aid Manager and she assured me I would not be billed for those days and my financial aid counselor would be changed. Now I am receiving bills for $455.00 and still show the same financial counselor. No one will return my calls, I have officially withdrawn and refuse to pay the outstanding bill. I also have know idea what is going on with the federally gauranteed student loan that I entrusted University of Phoenix with, the committment consumer service and the working student is false advertising.
Outstanding bill for class I did not officially take, delay in my education process. Cannot get any inforamtion on my pending student loan.
