Complaint / review text:
My experience is so much like the other consumers. I took a $700.00 dollar loan from Cashjar in order to take care of a couple of bills. I paid faithfully up until March of 2010. They took out 150.00 the first time then they took out 500.00 the second and third time. I think that the loan should be paid. After someone had gone into my account. I changed account numbers then I get a call from the litigation team for Cashjar. When the litigation team called me they were rude and nasty.
I reported the individual to an alleged supervisor. After going through that fiasco they wanted to set up payment arrangements, I kept telling this team that I am currently unemployed and looking for work. They were calling me like they were in my contact list on my cell phone, I had to finally tell them that they were calling me too much and they were irritating me. As of today they have not calling me, and they probably should not have lent the money anyway because I am a resident of North Carolina and in 2006 they made payday loans illegal in the state and it is prohibited. This is nothing but loan sharking and should be a federal offense against these pay day loan companies.
