The frequency of denial of claims or the repeated/unending requests for further information to process a claim, has made billing UHC a nightmare. After months of supplying requested information, which UHC then claims not to have received or which has been "misplaced" in their offices, UHC manages never to pay claims.
I'm sure this works out very well for UHC. Doctors stop accepting UHC patients, patients can't get the care they require, UHC keeps the premiums and continues to skyrocket to the top of Forbes Fortune 500. Cancel your UHC insurance. Don't accept it in your workplace.
It is practically worthless.
