My experience with Banker's Casualty is much like the rest posted here. I posted my resume on Monster.com; and I want to say that in less than 15 minutes I received a call from a receptionist at Banker's Casualty to make an appointment for an exploratory interview.
They requested a copy of my resume. Upon arrival there was about 48 people in a conference room waiting for the same interview. After 4 visits, and a complete waste of my time, plus asking that all candidates invest money upfront for training and licensing, they offered me a sales job. Not once was my resume and my existing qualifications considered. I am employed individual looking for another position within my field; already established with no interest in starting a new line of work or career. It upset me the audacity of this company to expect people to be out of regular paycheck for at least six months.
To add insult to injurty they indicated that you won't see a check for approximately 6 months. What you get is what you put into the job with a 70% success rate.incredible!
Be mindful if you are called in for an interview, and you don't want job in sales — selling their insurance.
A pissed off individual...
