Complaint / review text:
On November 30th, 2007, I received by postal mail my monthly credit card statement from US Bank. The payment was due December 5. Luckily for me, I opened the statement and wrote out a check for the monthly statement and paid in full. But my complaint is that why is a consumer such as myself given only four (4) days to pay off the amount in full? Stamped on the envelop in which the monthly statement was sent is the date of November 17th—when the statement was mailed from North Dakota 55108.
I cannot understand how the credit card, this instance, US Bank, WorldPerks Visa, serves their customers by giving people only four days to mail in their payment.
