Complaint / review text:
Convergent sent a letter collecting for Att and I called the number and the man said a seetlement amount can be paid before February ends. A letter confirming the deduction was received by me and I was shocked to see there is still a balance posted in my att account.
I called att and the staff said nothing is said by the convergent that it was settlement I was advised to call convergent and after the series of automated response, and waiting the phone was in busy mode. Hmmmmm smell something fishy. What do you think?
