I have had a account open since 2007. Bought all all my lawncare equipment for my small business with sheffield hoping o establish a long term relationship with the company. Mind you I did get behind in payments never complained about fees and intrest just worked hard to settle up which i did. Went to pay my bill online thier website wasn't working so my payment was late i asked for the late fee to be waived the frickin manager told me... Thats your problem... Before that when i asked the rep to speak with a manager about the situation she told me "dude your wasting your time..."
... No worries sheffield no more business from me!
