I had a car accident July 20th. My assigned agent never call me to give me the updates.
I have to call her to find out the status every week. 23 days later, still she can't hold the lady who hit my car. The woman hit my car has no insurance. So, Geico won't let me use my insurance because they can't hold the lady who hit my car.
If my agent is on the phone with another customer, another agent from "the same team" gives me the offensive attitudes. They are so rude and lazy. Is this what I should get? I have been with Geico more than 7 years.
This is. I hate Geico.
