Complaint / review text:
I bought a home with my fiance 5 years ago. We seperated, but agreed to both pay our part until we decided what to do with the house.
At some point she stopped paying her half without telling me, and our payments became increasingly behind over a few months, until I found out. I talked with Midland Mortgage, and was given a new amount to pay each month in order to get caught up. I have paid that amount or more on time every month. Last thursday I received a letter which stated that I have to pay the remainder within the next month or they could take my home!
How can they give me a plan, only to pretty much say " Forget it. We want out money NOW". I have paid like I was supposed to, and want to keep my house. Speaking with them on the phone is impossible!
Nothing is EVER accomplished. I have sent many letters to them only to hear "well were not seeing that information anywhere in our system. It was probably misplaced.
Can you send it again?". I am so sick of dealing with them.
