I requested a lower interest rate with this company thinking it would be easier than starting over with a new company. My mortgage was sold to Midland, I did not originally contract with them.
After submitting the paperwork, I was given strict instructions to make my payment by mail to their refi department for 3 months after which time they would consider my request. I followed these instructions to the letter. My issue, they HELD EACH PAYMENT, POSTING THEM 2 WEEKS LATER EACH MONTH AND THEN REPORTED ME TO THE CREDIT BUREAU'S AS NOT HAVING PAID THEM AT ALL.
They ruined my hard work and efforts to have good credit.
