Complaint / review text:
I purchased a MoneyPak and my money was never put onto my card. I have fax over a copy of my receipt on Dec 9,2012 spoken with a supervisor she stated I would receive my check within 7 to 10 days. I contacted back on Dec 28 because I still had yet to receive my money spoken with another supervisor he stated he will put a rush which would take one to two business days thru FEDEX.
I called back to check the status and the representative stated the check was mailed it would take seven to ten days before I received it. Spoken with another Jan 3 states that it would be overnighted I have still yet to recieve my money. I called and a representative stated the check was mailed and it would be seven to ten days.
I requested the corporate office yhe representative states I should. Receive it by Tuesday FedEx. This is a horrible company poor customer service and keeps you on hold forever waiting. They must train well because everyone that comes on the phone use the same lines for lies... My next step is to contact a lawyer since I recorded all calls
