It has been 3 months since the accident and I still don't have my car back. I always had to call them, they never followed up, even when they had FINALLY made their decision on the damage.
Their estimator is a and impossible to get a hold of. The estimate was no where near the damage to my vehicle, and they refuse to pay for all of it.
Customer service? I had to babysit them through the entire process. What was I paying for? I wish I had gone with any other company out there. Don't make the same mistake I did.
