For three days, 2/7-9/13 I attempted to log into my account on their website and get absolutely no response. Concerned about my loan payment being late, I called and attempted to make payment by phone.
I went through all the steps and their final message was, "do not hangup before you get a confirmation number or your payment may not be completed." Their company then hung up on me without giving me a confirmation number. I am concerned that I will be assessed a late fee due to their companies inability to keep their website and their phone payment system functioning.
