In November 2012 I called 1 Life direct cancel my policy, with them, a consultant asked to write a letter, which I did, and couple or days to a week later, a sales consultant called, to find out the reason for my cancelation, I could not talk since I was in a meeting at the time of call. Nevertheless they continued debiting my account. I called again in December, a consultant told me she was going to call me back, and that never happened.
I called again yesterday 20/02/2013, I got a lady by the name of Beatrix Salli, "what a well-trained consultant", I gave her my story, not in so many details, she promised to call me back, she needed to get more information on my Policy, which she and called me back within 15 minutes, she actually called me about 3 times, to keep me up to date with the progress of my query. And on the 21/02/2013 my dispute was resolved.
I will like to extent my gratitude of an excellent service I received, from Beatrix Salli, Thank you so much, may the good Lord do you well.
