Complaint / review text:
I used Turbotax to do my 2011 taxes. I moved and couldn't find the bogus copy they let me print. I went on the turbotax website to retrieve and print my 2011 tax return to find out I can't, unless I buy their software program. I guess they try to jab you any way they can to get your money. Very disappointed and disgusted. I will now have to order it from the IRS, which will take forever to get it now.
I will never use Turbotax again! I will be going back to
H&R Block for ALL my future tax returns.
