Complaint / review text:
Each day, they call my home phone with a tape recording. This is the national enrollment center you have been pre=approved for health insurance call us at 203-437-2375.
I call back to tell them i am not interested however their tape recording says your call is very important to us so please hang on for the next available agent after 5 minutes the line hangs up and recording says goodbye.
I have called the phone company at&t they say i have to send complaint letter to their annoyance call bureau.
Sometimes these calls come in 3-4 times per day, i do not know what to do anymore but maybe contact the florida attorney general. I sent numerous text messages for them to stop but never a response.
