Complaint / review text:
I tried to make a payment several times on lines, and kept getting an error reading. I was told to wait an hour, and do it again.
I did, and it did not work, I called again, they told me it was up and do it again, I did and did not work, I called and spoke to someone, and they told me it was up and do it again. I asked if they would please take it for me, and they told me to try it again. I asked to speak to a Manager, and was told she was the Manager. She told me if she takes it, it will be a 10.00 charge.
I asked if it could be waived, as their system was done, and she said no, as it is working.
I did it again, did not work, I called again, and was told that the account I have, are few, and to call back.
