Credit card and Identity theft monitoring - I spend three hours trying to get this useful tool but instead, they weren't able to do anything. Supervisors Lisa # was the worst. She even tried to cut me short in my conversation with her asking me over and over if I need assistance or not!!! Otherwise have a nice day. The other supervisor's name was Ivan #. This individual told me that my credit card has been locked out and they weren't able to even see my credit card number on file. I was deducted $18.46 five times in my prime bank account. Lisa asked me to use another credit card otherwise "Sorry, I can't help you." Last week was the same thing. And guess what? Now I feel threat because the first thing that they ask you is "what is your SS#?" I will really like an answer and an apology from all these people and also from TRANS UNION.
