Complaint / review text:
I have never had such bad service in my life. We requested medical aid cards in July of last year, 2014 and have not received anything. I have contacted essential med myself about 2 or 3 times and my partner about 2 or 3 times as well. We are told every time that they will deliver but nothing so far. Then we called yesterday and they said that there is something wrong with their email system but they can send us a letter to take to the doctor if we go for a consultation. They are very unproffesional and they are passing the buck every time we call. We paid for the cards and we pay our premiums every month. I have had the dentist ask me to pay money upfront before they will help me because im with essential med and they had problems getting paid for the previous times i was there. So i could not use them anymore. I am tired of the and i want this to be resolved or i am switching medical aids and i will spread the word. Deal with this!!
