Complaint / review text:
I have a personal loan with Nedbank.
December Nedbank texted me and stated that my debit order will be ducted on the 15th of December 2014 if there is a problem I need to phone them, I did not phone because there was no objection from my side.
January Nedbank phoned I stated that my account is in arrears because Nedbank did not ask for the debit order in December. I instructed Nedbank to take the debit order because the monies was still there.
End of January Nedbank contacted me again stating that my account is in arrears, I asked them how is this possible seeing that my account in which my salary is deposited in is with Nedbank and there is a debit order loaded for the last day of the month? I instructed Nedbank again to take the debit order, today 02/03/2015 nedbank contacted me again stating that my account is in arrears. When I phoned to enquire the contact center replied that my account is with the collections department? Why is my account with the collections department if Nedbank is at fault because Nedbank is not asking for the Debit order as per our agreement?
