Please note that we have send this claim to you on 9th January 2015 then again on 28th January 2015 then again on 31st January 2015
We did phone plenty times to follow up on this claim.
Please note that we got a read receipt on the 11th February 2015 from both as well

We are not satisfied with the service we have received so far and feel that we have been treated unfairly.
I phoned in 2 weeks ago and was told that the claim is being processed and we should receive the payment within 2 weeks (14 working days) As you can see on all the dates in the mails bellow as to when documents was send to you it's been way longer than 14 working days as our claim was first send to you on 9th January 2015.
I phoned on the 2nd February 2015 and spoke to Steven in your claims department and he assured me that all documents required to process the claim have been received and are being processed (all phone calls are recorded for quality purposes so you can follow up if you wish)
I would really appreciate it if someone can get back to m
