It is now 61 days since Standard bank transferred my money to the wrong account.
For the past three weeks I have had nothing from Standard, The maybe got tired of exec uses and are now waiting for divine intervention to resolve their issues.
I have a few questions for Standard bank if they care to respond.
What happened to your resolution specialist whom you promised will resolve this issue some two months ago?
Is this the kind of service that your loyal clients should expect from Standard bank or is mine a special case?
Is fare for you (Standard bank to inconvenience your customers in this manner and thereafter stop communication?
Do you feel an obligation to resolve this matter or you just do not care?
