Will you please be so kind as to assist me with my problem?
I have a personal loan with Nedbank. I had been under debt review for the past 5 years, but sins August 2014 I decided to do all my payments myself and not thru my debt counselor.
I had a repayment arrangement with Nedbank to pay R2400.00 per month for three months and there after a new amount will be agreed upon. And that worked fine. On the 29/01/2015 Nedbank and I agree again on a new amount, R2700.00 to be deducted from my Standardbank account, starting on the 25/02/2015, for 3 months and thereafter a new arrangement will be agreed upon again. But on the 25/02/2015 Nedbank deduct not only the R2700.00 but also R4162.74.
I contact Nedbank on the 26/02/2015 and ask why they deduct two amounts from my account. Nedbank said they will refund me the R4162.74 but it will take 3 to 7 days. Today the 09/03/2015 I contact Nedbank again to find out why they did not jet refund me.
Now they have a new story, because my loan time expires in two months' time they will not refund me without a motivation in writing. I can't afford R4162.74 to be taken away.
I want to ask you if you can convince Nedbank to honor the agreement we had.
