My car was in February 2015. When reporting the incident to King Price I was told they will send me an email the next day, but of course nobody sent any email, so I had to make phone call after phone call to lodge a claim. Refuted the claim stating that my tracker was not activated, yet when taking out the insurance it was good enough to have only a factory fitted alarm. As with all the other complaints on Hello Peter I also did not receive a copy of my policy, and still do not have one. King Price also continues taking their debit order every month without fail. King Price has an internal ombudsman, to assess certain claims, what a joke! Would he really rule against any decision on a claim within the company he works for?!! Reading through the complaints on Hello Peter concerning King Price, it is evident King Price will take your money, quote the best price, then sit back and do nothing.
