Paid up letter request (debt counselling)

I have send between 30 and 40 emails since 03/05/2014 trying to get a proper response back from Absa. My Absa loan should already have been paid up on the 2012/12/11. ABSA AGREED AND SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE COURTS AND MY ATTORNEYS, and my outstanding balance was R5509,52 with an annual increase rate of R38.75%. My attorneys never received a cancellation letter and no explanation why my account was transferred back to the personal loan department since I have never skipped a payment. On the 10th of July 2010 two days before the sighed agreement between Absa from Awa A & amp; PERSONAL LOAN, the amount reflecting on my statement is as follow: R 6583.61? Then all of a sudden on 2010/08/03 I have an outstanding amount of R17 039.06? I am not joking when I tell you that the departments that I phoned each gave me a different amount outstanding even after supplying them with proof that my account should have been settled. I wish I could forward you all the emails I send the different ABSA DEPARTMENTS since March 2014 then you will surely understand my frustration and that does not even include the amounts of times I phoned the different Absa departments.
