Complaint / review text:
All the 3rd party's outstanding documentation was sent through to Lynette on the 3rd of March. Called the 6th she said nothing was received. I then sent the 3rd party's documents on the 9th with no response. Called and asked her if she received it, which she did. She then asked me for the 3rd party's contact details which I told her was on the email if she looked properly and on the forms submitted previously sent to her. Follow up on the 10th no response. Called this morning 12/03 she said she was going to contact 3rd party today. Nothing. WHAT was done with the outstanding documentation when she received it 9/3? NOTHING because we are still waiting. Made a call in the afternoon to follow up and I get told the only Ms Govender working there is on maternity leave. Advised her I have been liaising with her on my claim for a while now. I got put through to 4 different people who all were suppose to put me through to Lynette. I find this highly unacceptable. One day when the forms are looked at DO NOT come back to us saying something is missing. This is a total waste of time. I expect a response on the claim immediately so that the 3rd party's car can be assessed.
