Bad service on my claim since Jan 2015

Complaint / review text:
My phone was lost / in Dec 2014 and I advised finrite the feedback i received was i cancelled my policy which i wasn't aware of such, i requested for call recordings which take them 1 month to get only after i spoke to Nancy who got them in 3 days thanks to her and i didnt request any cancellation she advised that she has escalated it to the team-leader to assist further however until today i am still waiting for that call, on Friday the 22nd March i spoke to Ipeleng she was the eight person she advised that i will be contacted by team leader/Supervisor Reinhardt Collins until now i havent received any feedback.
