I had moved over my homeloan account to standard bank from Fnb, since I received a better rate by standard bank and I have being a customer for about 26yrs. My application was processed and signed with standard bank lawyers in feb already. However registration only took place 1st week March. My secured rate on all documents signed was 9.25%. The consultant called me 12days ago to advise me their system is reading 9.7% on the rate. I advised her that was not what was signed and this needs to be rectified asap as per docs signed with lawyer in feb. I have being phoning everyday to follow up on this query and today is the last straw. The consultant explained the query is still not resolved. Its 12days now!!! My homeloan goes through next week, forbid what rate. My ref no on this complaint is 7004505079. Stand bank I am frustrated with myself for moving my homeloan and incurring a R20 000 bill for this type of service. You cannot even call customers and update on status of query. If this issue is not resolved today, i am taking you ncp lawyers!!!
