2nd time after ignoring my first complaint

Complaint / review text:
No response 1st time. 2nd March 2013 I withdrew from debt review and paid up ALL my accounts with the exception of my standard bank accounts. For this I paid up ALL outstanding amounts and got all 3 accounts up to date. I paid R900, R800 and R800 per month since then for my revolving loan and 2 overdrafts. Late last year one overdraft was paid off and I have been left with the 2 remaining accounts.

Last week I received an sms from Std Bank that I have been handed over to a collection agency. How pathetic is the service that you do not know what you're doing. I made an arrangement to pay both my cheque and overdraft accounts and have kept to each payment for 2 years. Such terrible service that you punish paying clients especially after I made an arrangement with you.

I'm sick and tired of this & need this January I complained to Std Bk Ref 7003583453 about my RCP that has reflected 3 times in arrears on ITC over the last year when in fact I made every single payment. I have emailed about 10 times, but still nothing was corrected. Now i'm handed over. I want to know why and why my arrangement was broken. Looks like they don't want payment as a bank.
