Complaint / review text:
We got financed through Nedbank for our home addition to that they said if we bring all our business to them they will relook our interest rate in 6months time. Back then we thought it was a very good suggestion from Nedbank. My husband and myself changed banks from who we were clients for years. The consultant offered me Greenbacks - which never got linked. Had to phone into Nedbank to to link it. Had to phone back to Nedbank to to find out how it works. Nebdank told me then that you need a second card to use which was implemented end last year. I haven't receive a sms or phone call to inform me of it. I cancelled my greenbacks and a new card was posted. I was informed that my card was there. I went to back to Nedbank Durbanville to collect my card. Nedbank added insurance to our bond which we didn't ask for or even signed for. I had to phone Nedbank to find out what the extra money was for. Now we have to wait for our funds to be refunded. Overall the experience I am receiving from Nedbank Greenbacks / Bond / Durbanville is poor. Nedbank can phone 100 times for products you don't want but don't even give proper service to the once you have!!!
