Well, my last complaint regarding Nedbank Greenbacks was lodged on the 20th of February 2015. It's been more than a month and Nedbank has still not allocated the correct number of Greenbacks to my account. The following email was sent to Merilyn Peters at Nedbank on the 26th of March and to date, I have not yet had a response...

I just wanted to inform you that the number of Greenbacks allocated to my account after the Nedbank technical issue is still not correct.
Please could I request a statement of all transactions where greenbacks were allocated.

Nedbank, there is a reason why you are not the number one bank in South Africa. Get your act together. Your customer service and lack of technology is atrocious...
