Complaint / review text:
I tried to use the FNB Moneygram service to send to a registered beneficiary via my cellphone with no success. I phoned the call centre on Tuesday the 30th of March for assistance and they said they could not help i had to go into the branch. I went to the St Georges Branch in Cape Town on Wednesday the 31st of March, the consultant advised we try the ATM, still did not work. She was clueless as to what i should do next so she referred me back to the call centre where i was advised to call 0113525026. I phoned the CC around 1pm on Wednesday the 1st of April, was put on hold for a long time, query was still not resolved. The consultant said she was logging in my query and somebody would call me back asap, at 17:00, still no call from you guys. Does anybody in your branches or call centres actually know how this cellphone or ATM process works? I am so frustrated:- (
