I registered with IQ academy in 2014 September and was told to pay R399 into the account before they can sent me study materila. Tha was done but was shocked when i called them to see if the study materials were posted and they informed me that my books were already delivered and signed for by my husband. I was shocked as i am still single, i then asked them to provide the delivery address of which they couldn't, i then asked them how they were delivered adn was told by DOCEX courier. I called teh courier and gave them a awaybill that was provided by IQ and was informed by Docex that the books were delivered to a different name as this means the waybill given o me was not mie. I had to call IQ once more to get a new waybill but was informed that the waybill given to me was mine and i received my books. I then informed them to cancell the whole thing as i was interested anymore and was told to pay a cancellation fee of R2000 and i was not going to pay. I then called clientel legal and gave them my story. They handled the matter well as IQ dropped the case against me and i was refunded R798. Thanks to Clientel legal and their team, big ups for you.
